Khayla is a versatile professional dancer that has trained in ballet, pointe, jazz/jazz funk, heels, modern, and hip hop at various studios in Texas, Los Angeles, and London, and at summer intensives with American Ballet Theatre, Texas Ballet Theatre, and Alonzo King's LINES Ballet.


Khayla earned her BA in dance from Loyola Marymount University in L.A in May 2015. At LMU, she danced with jazz funk and hip hop group IB Modern and performed in concert works by choreographers such as Lillian Barbieto, Denise Leitner, and JT Horenstein. She also trained under Jason Myhre, John Todd, Lillian Barbeito, and Tony Czar. 

In 2015, Khayla moved to London to earn her MA in Arts & Cultural Management. There, she joined the female hip hop crew Myself UK Dance, performing at the Olivier Awards pre-show, World of Dance UK, and Breakin' Convention at Sadler's Wells, among others.


Currently splitting her time between LA and London, and represented by Go 2 Talent Agency, Khayla's recent work includes tour visuals for Paula Abdul's Straight Up Paula tour, a Wal Mart commercial for the Latin Grammy's, TV pilot for Rob Riggle's Late Night show, and music videos for Chandler Juliet, Hi Tone, and Newton Faulkner.

Khayla frequently choreographs for competition studios, and is available for privates and group classes in ballet, jazz, jazz funk, heels, and conditioning for dancers.
